Our World Series

While working as a contract design assistant at Barefoot Books, I worked as the lead designer for two titles under the Our World Series, Our World: China and Our World: Greece. Barefoot Book’s Our World Series follows days in the life of children from around the world. Working on these titles included duties such as creating typographic layouts that follow the series' preexisting style, illustration editing, and art direction assistance.

This work was created in collaboration with the author and illustrator, as well as with Barefoot Book’s editorial and design team. This included Senior Editor Kate DePalma, Editorial Assistant Erin Lueck, and Design Director Sarah Soldano. Our World: China and Our World: Greece will be published in October 2023.
