General Communication Inc.

While working as a design intern with the Alaskan-based advertising agency Spawn Ideas, I collaborated with the creative team to work on projects for General Communication Inc., Alaska’s main telecommunications service provider. This included creating production art for various deliverables such as store signage for GCI’s pop-up shops at different locations. This included sizing and preparing art files for print, as well as creating original signage or maps as needed according to the pre-established branding. Additionally, I designed flyers to promote different plans or services that GCI offered. For GCI’s new bundled plans under GCI+, I worked under the art direction of Mike Weed and collaboratively with Production Artist Anita Laulainen to propose concepts for the design of their new bundle promotions.
